R.E.S.C.U.E. is a grassroots, environmental education
and protection organization, originally formed in 1978.
Over the years several chapters have come into existence to fight particular environmental issues.
Today two chapters make up the organization, each working autonomously and covering a particular
area within Susquehanna and Wayne Counties.
